LA TRINIDAD, Benguet January 18 – A 38-year old man was arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents based on a warrant for alleged arson in his residence at Betag, here, Tuesday.
Police authorities identified the arrested individual as Jerson Soti Bayas, 38, married, and a resident of Betag, La Trinidad, Benguet.
He was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Emmanuel Cacho Rasing of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 10 in La Trinidad for arson with a still undetermined bail for his temporary liberty.
The arrested individual was brought to the La Trinidad Municipal Police Station for documentation prior to his turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposal of the case filed against him.
