PARACELIS, Mountain Province September 06 – A 25-year old jobless man was arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents based on a warrant for alleged carnapping in his residence at sitio Mabaclao, Bantay, here, Tuesday.
Police authorities identified the arrested individual as Allan Culig Bangilan, 24, single, unemployed and resident of Sitio Mabaclao, Bantay, Paracelis, Mountain Province.
He was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Bernabe Mendoza of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 23 in Roxas, Isabela for alleged carnapping with a recommended fixed bail of P60,000 for his temporary liberty.
The arrested individual was brought to the Paracelis Municipal Police Station for documentation prior to his turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposal of the case filed against him.
