BAGUIO CITY – A 60-year old man was arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents based on a warrant for estafa in his residence at Happy Hallow, here, Tuesday noon.
Police authorities identified the arrested individual as Samuel Lutong Saganib, 60 years old, married native of Masla Tadian Mt. Province and a resident of Happy Hallow, Baguio City.
He was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by former Judge Fernando Vil Pamintuan of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 3 in Baguio City for estafa with no bail recommended for his temporary liberty.
The arrested individual was brought to the BCPO headquarters for documentation prior to his turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposal of the case filed against him.
