BAGUIO CITY – A 47-year old man was arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents during the service of his warrant of arrested for frustrated murder in his residence at San Roque Village here Saturday night.
Senior Superintendent George D. Daskeo, officer-in-charge of the Baguio City Police Office, identified the arrested individual as Jimmy de Leon Andrada, 47, single and a resident of No. 4C San Roque Village, Baguio City
He was arrested by virtue of a warrant issued by Judge Antonio Esteves of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 5 for the crime of frustrated murder with a recommended bail of P100m000 for his temporary liberty.
The arrested individual was brought to the headquarters of the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) in Baguio City for documentation prior to his turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposition of the case filed against him.
