LAGAWE, Ifugao – A 37-year old man was arrested by combined police operatives and anti-narcotics agents based on a warrant for possession of illegal drug paraphernalia in his residence at sitio Rock Quarry, Poblacion North, here, Sunday.
Senior Superintendent Constacio Chinayog, Jr., officer-in-charge of the Ifugao Provincial Office, identified the arrested individual as Joseph Kimmayong, 37, married, and a resident of sitio Rock Quarry Poblacion North Lagawe, Ifugao.
He was arrested by virtue of a warrant issued by Judge Romeo U. Habiling of the Regional Trial Court Branch 14 in Lagawen for illegal possession of drug paraphernalia with a recommended bail bond of P40,000 for his temporary liberty.
The arrested individual was brought to the Lagaw Municipal Police Station for documentation prior to his turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposition of the case filed against him.
