TAYUM, Abra – A 24-year old man was arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents based on a warrant for murder in his alleged hideout at Pagpagatpat, Bumagcat, here, Tuesday.
Police authorities identified the arrested individual as John Michael Bilgera Siobal, 24, a resident of Sitio Pagpagatpat, Bumagcat, Tayum, Abra.
He was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Corpus Alzate of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 2 in Bangued for murder with no bail recommended for his temporary liberty.
The arrested individual was brought to the Tayum Municipal Police Station for documentation prior to his turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposal of the case filed against him.
