BAGUIO CITY October 26 – A 70-year old jobless man was arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents based on a warrant for rape in his residence at Camp 7, here, Wednesday.
Senior Superintendent Ramil L. Saculles, City Director of the Baguio City Police Office (BCPO), identified the arrested individual as Manuel Gallardo Bolatao, 70, separated, unemployed, native of San Carlos, Pangasinan and resident of Upper East, Camp 7 Barangay, Baguio City.
He was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Maria Laarni R. Parayno of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 68 in Lingayen, Pangasinan for rape with no bail recommended for his temporary liberty.
The arrested individual was brought to the BCPO headquarters prior to his turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposal of the case filed against him.
