LA TRINIDAD, Benguet May 11 – A 37-year old man was served a warrant for reckless imprudence resulting to homicide and less serious physicial injuries by combined police operatives and intelligence agents inside the Benguet General Hospital where he is confined Thursday.
Police authorities identified the said individual as Godfrey Wasit Quela, 37, single, native and resident of Camp Dangwa, Alapang, La Trinidad, Benguet.
He was served the warrant of arrest issued by Judge Melita Amylesha D. Macaraeg of the Municipal Trial Court (MTC) Branch 1 in Loa Trinidad with a recommended bail of P100,000 for his temporary liberty.
The said individual is still confined in the hospital undergoing medical supervision for the injuries he sustained after which, he will be detained at the La Trinidad Municipal Jail when given a clean bill of health.
