BANGUED, Abra – A 31-year old jobless man was arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents after having found in his possession suspected illegal drugs and assorted drug paraphernalia during a buy bust operation at Palao, here, recently.
Senior Superintendent Antonio Bartolome, provincial director of the Abra Provincial Police Office, identified the arrested drug personality as Nelson Perisona Bilgera, 31, single, unemployed, and a resident of Cosili East, Bangued, Abra.
Confiscated from his possession were one heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing suspected shabu, one coin purse having one heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing suspected shabu, one black Samsung GT-E1200T cellphone, one five hundred peso bill with Serial Number HG476291 used as marked money, and four pieces one hundred peso bills.
The arrested individual and the confiscated pieces of evidence were brought to the Bangued Municipal Police Station for documentation prior to the filing of the appropriate charges against him before the provincial prosecutor’s office.
