SAN JUAN, La Union – April 10 – A 43-year old man was arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents after having found in his possession suspected shabu dring a buy bust operation at Urbiztondo, here recently.
Police authorities identified the arrested individual as Jonathan Rodriguez Manipon, 43, married, driver and a resident of barangay Ili Sur, San Juan, La Union.
Confiscated from his possession by the operating troops were 4 pieces heat sealed transparent sachets containing alleged shabu, 3 pieces sachet od dried marijuana fruiting tops and P500 bill which was used by the operatives as buy bust money.
The arrested individual and the confiscated pieces of evidence were brought to the San Juan Municipal Police Station for documentation prior to the filing of the appropriate charges against him before the provincial prosecutor’s office.
