TUBA, Benguet – A man died after he was bumped by a still unidentified speeding vehicle along Kennon road, particularly at Twin Peaks, here, recently.
Senior Inspector Jim Hilario, chief of the Tuba Municipal Police Station, identified the fatality as Andolor, Tabaan Sur, Tuba, Benguet
Initial police investigation showed the victim, who was allegedly under the influence of liquor, came out from a store along the road when his colleagues hear him shouting for help.
When his companions came out from the store, they saw him sprawled on the middle of the road prompting them to rush him to the Rosario District Hospital for medical treatment but he was declared dead on arrival by attending physicians.
Probers are now looking for possible witnesses who could identify the vehicle responsible for the victim’s untimely demise.
