TUBA, Benguet – The lifeless body of an alleged salvage victim was dumped at Bontiwey, Poblacion, here, recently.
Senior Inspector Jim Hilario, chief of the Tuba Municipal Police Station, described the recovered cadaver to be with bald haircut, fair complexion, about 5’7” in height, about 45 to 50 years of age, wearing red jersey marked “DURANT 35” at the back and “THUNDER 35” at the front; and a green and white shorts with Chicago Bulls logo.
Further, the body was blind taped, tied at his mouth, cross hand tied at his wrists, tied together on his ankles and knees with brown plastic masking tapes. Tattoos were also discovered on the different parts of his body such as letters “FRANKLYN DAVE” at his right arm; unknown design about 8” in height and 5” in width at his left arm; Silver ring each on his little finger and ring finger of his left hand; letters “XANDRE” at his upper back; and letters “PRINCESS” at his abdominal area.
Elements of the Scene of the Crime Operation (SOCO) team who processed the crime scene observed that the body.
The case is still undergoing investigation by the local police force.
