TABUK CITY, Kalinga – A 28-year old man who is facing carnapping charges was served another warrant of arrest for a similar case inside the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP) in Roxas, Isabela, Wednesday.
Senior Superintendent Brent Majaco, provincial director of the Kalinga Provincial Police Office, identified the detained inmate who was served the warrant as Michael Jordan Jabian, 28, married and native of Tabuk City, Kalinga.
The warrant of arrest was issued by Judge Pablo Agustin of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 10 in Tuguegarao City, Cagayan for carnapping with a recommended bail of P300,000 for his temporary liberty.
Proper documentation was undertaken on the victim before the warrant officers returned the warrant of arrest to the issuing court.
