BAGUIO CITY – A 29-year old man was injured after he was allegedly repeatedly stabbed by the former live in partner of his companion inside a van along Mallari St., Middle Quezon Hill here Wednesday morning
Senior Superintendent George D. Daskeo, acting city director of the Baguio City Police Office (BCPO), identified the victim as Rogelio Parorob Babaran, 29, and a resident of Green Valley, Baguio City while he named the suspect as Arnel Bermudez Apilada, 27, and a resident of Ambiong, La Trinidad, Benguet.
Initial police investigation showed the victim and the former live in partner of the suspect were inside a van when the suspect suddenly arrived in the place of incident and punched him.
The victim retaliated by punching the suspect but the latter suddenly pulled out a knife and stabbed him several times before fleeing the crime scene.
The victim was immediately rushed to the Baguio General Hospital and Medical Center (BGHMC) for medical treatment while the suspect is now the subject of a manhunt operation for him to answer for the crime he committed.
