TABUK CITY, Kalinga – Mayor Darwin Estrañero led the celebration of the Barangay, Tourism, and Cultural Day held at Tabuk City National High School on June 18, honoring participants and emphasizing the city’s commitment to cultural preservation and tourism development.
The event, attended by the different barangays, city officials, department heads, beauty queens, and other distinguished guests, highlighted the vibrant cultural heritage of Tabuk and neighboring regions.
Mayor Estrañero commended all participating groups, particularly those who traveled from various parts of Luzon to join the festivities and cultural competitions.
Delegates from Dagupan City (Pangasinan), Tabuk City, San Mateo and Sta. Maria (Isabela), Sabangan (Mountain Province), and San Carlos (Pangasinan) showcased their unique traditions, adding to the richness of the occasion.
A colorful parade featuring different barangays and local groups opened the celebration, setting the day filled with cultural pride and unity.
