BAGUIO CITY– A 23-year old miner was successfully arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents based on a warrant issued four years ago for several charges inside the Baguio Justice Hall recently.
Senior Superintendent George D. Daskeo, acting city director of the Baguio City Police Office (BCPO), identified the arrested individual as Markwein Mariano Dinamling, 23, single, miner, and presently residing at Antamok Itogon, Benguet.
He was arrested by virtue of three warrants of arrest issued by Judge Ma. Clarita Casuga Tabin of the Municipal Trial Court in cities (MTCC) for estafa, malicious mischief and slight physical injuries with a total recommended bail of P9,000 for his temporary liberty.
He was subsequently brought to the BCPO headquarters for documentation prior to his turnover to the issuing court for the issuance of a detention order after he reportedly failed to post bail.
