BAGUIO CITY July 26 – A male minor was arrested by a security guard of the Baguio City National High School (BCNHS) after having found in his possession alleged assorted illegal drug paraphernalia at the main gate along Gov. Pack road, here, Tuesday morning.
Senior Superintendent George D. Daskeo, City |Director of the Baguio City Police Office, declined to give further details on the identity of the arrested minor who was reportedly turned over to the City Social Welfare and Development |office for counselling.
Confiscated from the possession of the minor were one glass tube (with residue) and one cricket lighter.
The confiscated items were brought to the PNP crime laboratory for the conduct of the appropriate tests.
