BONTOC, Mountain Province – The provincial government proudly expresses its congratulations to Atasha Chloe F. Recile for placing second runner-up in the recently concluded Search for Little Miss Northern Luzon 2023.
The pageant was held at the Baguio Convention Center last September 02, 2023 with an advocacy, “Unlocking Potential, Building Confidence.”
In an interview with the Filipino News Sentinel, the CEO/Founder of Little Miss Northern Luzon 2023, Mariver “Vell Watson” Agayas, said that the pageant offers a powerful avenue for children to unleash their potential, boost their confidence, and shape their future.
“By embracing this advocacy, we actively contribute to the personal growth and development of our youth, nurturing a generation of empowered, resilient, and goal-oriented individuals. Let us come together, champion the dreams of our children, and create a society where every child can flourish, irrespective of their background or circumstances,” she said.
During the coronation night, Recile was crowned as the Little Miss Northern Luzon 2023 second runner-up and Little Miss Northern Luzon Culture and Heritage. Moreover, she won awards in the following categories: Production number – grand winner; Face of Charity – first runner-up; Ms. Photogenic – third runner-up; Ms. Congeniality – third runner-up and Tourism video – second place.
In a text message, Stella F. Recile, mother of Atasha, expressed her and little Atasha’s heartfelt gratitude to the provincial government headed by Governor Bonifacio C. Lacwasan, Jr., Office of Congressman Maximo Y. Dalog, Jr., the municipal governments of Bontoc and Bauko headed by Mayor Jerome B. Tudlong, Jr. and Randolf T. Awisan , respectively, to Kristoffer Tabili for the design and creation of the Atasha’s Filipiniana and creative gown, and to everyone who in their own ways showed support. By MP Press Release
