TABUK CITY, Kalinga – The stage was ablaze with colors, charisma, and culture as all 18 candidates of the highly anticipated Ms. Tabuk 2025 pageant competed in the pre-pageant competition held at the Tabuk People’s Gymnasium on June 7, 2025.
This preliminary event gave each contestant the chance to shine in four challenging segments, setting the tone for the much-awaited Grand Coronation Night on June 14, 2025.
The afternoon began with a captivating display of tradition as the candidates graced the stage in their native Kalinga attires.
Each ensemble was a vibrant mix of locally inspired beads, headpieces, bracelets, and woven skirts, proudly reflecting the rich heritage of the region known as the “Peacock of the North”, the only commonality was their shirt design, symbolizing unity in diversity.
The second part of the night was a celebration of talent. The candidates mesmerized both judges and audiences with an array of performances.
From powerful declamations and expressive paintings to vibrant dances like Hawaiian, gymnastics, belly dance, and Bollywood, as well as vocal performances in both modern and local styles, the contestants proved they were more than just a pretty face.
Raising the temperature for the third portion, the girls took to the runway in their stunning beachwear outfits. Confidence and poise were on full display as they brought glamour and grace to the catwalk.
Finally, the contestants faced the question and answer round, where they tackled thought-provoking questions with grace and intelligence.
This segment tested not only their wit but also their ability to respond like true titleholders.
Scores from the pre-pageant will play a vital role in determining the overall winners during the Grand Coronation Night.
