SAN CARLOS CITY, Pangasinan March 10 – A 48-year old farmer, who is a newly identified drug personality, was arrested by combined police operatives and anti-narcotics agents after having found in his possession suspected shabu during the implementation of a search warrant inside his residence at Balite, here, recently.
Police authorities identified the arrested individual as Lito Dela Cruz Bulatao, 48, married, farmer, a resident of Balite, San Carlos City, Pangasinan.
Confiscated from his possession by the operating troops were five sachets containing suspected shabu.
The arrested drug personality and the confiscated pieces of evidence were brought to the San Carlos City Police Office for documentation prior to the filing of the appropriate charges against him.
