SADANGA, Mountain Province – Governor Bonifacio C. Lacwasan, Jr., represented by Mountain Province first lady Jonaliza S. Lacwasan, handed over assistive devices to persons with disabilities (PWDs) from Betwagan, Demang and Sacasacan on March 25, 2025.
With Lacwasan were Olive F. Fronda, wife of Board Member Joshua B. Fronda and personnel from the Office of the Persons with Disability Affairs Officer namely Administrative Aides Rosemarie K. Sinadcop and Garth Brooks P. Liis.
Meanwhile, beneficiaries Tamfangag F. Patangad from Betwagan, Sadanga received one wheelchair, Severino Banosan from Demang received one quad cane and Rizalino Carbonell from Sacasacan received one quad cane.
In addition, six recipients from Sacasacan each received one quad cane, namely Nenita Chalignek, Marina Masa-ad, Magdalena Langpawen, Istao Masing, May-ek Tabareng, and Nenita Ongan.
During the event, Lacwasan discussed the “Barangay Muna” programs of the Governor aiding the residents in Mountain Province. In addition, she, together with Fronda, also distributed MannaPack Rice and shared its benefits to each of the recipients and their family members.
In gratitude, the beneficiaries, together with their family members, thanked the Provincial Government for the assistive devices and MannaPack Rice they received. By MP-PIO
