BAGUIO CITY November 12 – Two wanted individuals were arrested by combined policed operatives during the service of their warrants issued by a local court for estafa in their residences within the jurisdiction of Station No. 2 here Tuesday afternoon.
Senior Superintendent Rolando F. Miranda, officer-in-charge of the Baguio City Police Office (BCPO), identified the arrested wanted persons as Princess Custodio Picato and Joy Mea Satsatin, who were said to be the No. 2 top most wanted persons within the jurisdiction of BCPO Station No. 2 for the fourth quarter this year.
The arrested individuals were arrested by virtue of a warrant issued by Judge Mona Liza Teongson-Tabora of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 7 Baguio City for estafa in relation to Presidential Decree (PD) 1689 with no bail recommended for their temporary liberty.
The arrested individuals were subsequently detained at the Baguio City Jail awaiting the disposition of the court on the case filed against them.
