PARACELIS, Mountain Province – The town’s No. 6 top most wanted person facing rape charges was arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents based on a warrant at Butigue, here, recently.
Police authorities identified the arrested wanted person as Mark Estigoy Puti-e, 27, single, laborer and a resident of Butigue, Paracelis, Mountain Province.
He was arest6ed by virtue of a warrant issued by a local court in Bontoc with no bail recommended for his temporary liberty.
The arrested wanted person was brought to the Paracelis Municipal Police Station for documentation prior to his turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposal of the case filed against him.
