Dr. Mark Bryan Layugan and Dona Dayagon from the CVSO also spoke about rabies knowledge and proper pet ownership.
The FDS is an important component of the 4Ps program, which aims to educate recipients on basic life skills, health, safety, and government measures that promote family welfare. These courses provide participants with essential knowledge that will help them become more responsible and proactive citizens of their communities. By Darwin S. Serion
