The second lady President Ms. Ma. Alegria Sibal-Limjoco inducted and served as the Guest of Honor and Speaker during the General Membership Meeting and Induction of the 2018 Baguio Benguet Chamber conducted on February 10, 2018 in one of the busiest Hotels in the City of Baguio.
Bing, as she is fondly called by almost everybody in the PCCI and in the Philippine Franchise Association families, is an ever-dynamic industry and civic leader. She has been very active in prompting not only in the franchising sector as the Vice Chairwoman of PFA and CEO of FRANCORP Philippines but she is currently the President of PCCI as mentioned earlier. Aside from that position, she handled several committee memberships and chairmanships at the PCCI organizational set up.

One of the highlights of the Induction is the signing of the Memorandum of Agreement of the PCCI-CAR and Department of Science and Technology to reaffirm its partnership that started CY 2013. The objective of this agreement is to ensure that technology assistance is further pushed for the development of MSMES in the locality as well as in the region particularly in terms of technical support and the provision of packaging and labeling.
