Austin rallied the mine workers to continue exerting efforts to meet the company’s production requirements following the three successive years of non-attainment of production targets.
He pointed out that what is keeping the company successful in sustaining its ongoing operations of the Padcal mine is the prevailing high world metal prices but there is a need for the mine workers to do their part to be able to hurdle the current challenges confronting the mining operations.
