PIDIGAN, Abra – The town’s No. 1 and No. 3 top most wanted persons were successively arrested by combined policed operatives and intelligence agents based on separate warrants for attempted murder at Pamutic, here, Tuesday.
Senior Superintedent Antonio Bartolome, provincial director of the Abra Provincial Police Office, identified the arrested watned persons as Luis Bernardez, 39, single, driver, a resident of Barangay Pangtud, Pidigan, Abra.
The two persons were arrested by virtue of separate warrants of arrest issued by Judge Rafael F. Alzate of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 1 in Bangued for separate counts of attempted murder.
The two wanted persons were subsequently turned over to the Pidigan Municipal Police Station for documentation prior to their turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposition of the cases filed against them.
