With the theme “Kabataang Bagani, Bagong Bayani,” the program aims to organize, train, and mobilize youth to advocate against illegal drugs and terrorism through PNP community programs.
The seminar covered topics such as the insurgency status of the city, issues related to Cyber Crime Law, Republic Act 9165 (the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002), and road safety.
KKDAT was launched on February 11, 2019, and is continuously being conducted to raise awareness and strengthen its campaign on drugs and terrorism.
He also warned the students about the importance of following safety protocols on the road, emphasizing that most vehicular incidents involved individuals their age, many of whom were intoxicated.
“Haan kayo nga agin-inom nu ammu yu nga ag-drive kayo. Dapat saan nga dakayo ti mangirugi,” he said.
