The city government and the Baguio Flower Festival Foundation, Inc. (BFFFI) recently opened the 29th edition of the Panagbenga, a term derived from Kankanaey meaning “season of blooming,” on February 1, 2025. This year’s grand opening parade awes viewers with a show of drum and lyre demonstrations, cultural performances, and creative parades that not only celebrate Baguio’s rich heritage but also symbolize the city’s enduring spirit.
The theme of this year’s flower festival is “Blossom Beyond Boundaries.”
