PROCOR’s intensified manhunt operations resulted in the arrest of 52 wanted personalities from April 24 to 30, 2022.
According to the records from PROCOR Regional Investigation and Detective Management Division (RIDMD), for the week, Baguio CPO recorded the highest number of arrests with twenty-seven (27) wanted personalities arrested followed by Benguet PPO with eleven (11) arrests, Kalinga PPO with six (6) arrests, Ifugao PPO with four (4) arrests and Mt. Province & Apayao PPO with two (2) arrests each.
Highlighting this week’s manhunt operations was the arrest of nine (9) individuals listed as Most Wanted Persons, of which, one (1) was listed at the Regional Level, four (4) at the Provincial Level, two (2) at the Municipal Level, and two (2) at the Station Level.
At the Regional Level, Ryan Moren, listed as No. 2 was arrested for the crime of Murder.
At the Provincial Level, Anselmo Dulnuan, Wilmar Familan, and Gerson Lope, listed as No. 1, 2, and 8 respectively were separately arrested for the crime of Rape while Ramil Tandingan, listed as No. 10 was arrested for violation of RA 10883 or the New Anti-Carnapping Law of the Philippines.
Meanwhile, at the Municipal Level, Randy Asiw, listed as No. 2 was arrested for the crime of Frustrated Murder; and July Gonnay, listed as No. 4 was arrested for the crime of Rape.
Lastly, at the Station Level, K** M******, listed as No. 8 was arrested for violation of BP 22 or the Anti-Bouncing Check Law while Jay Brian Antonio, listed as No. 10 was arrested for violation of RA 9262 or the Anti-Violence Against Women and their Children Act.
