BONTOC, Mountain Province – The Provincial Government of Mountain Province through Governor Bonifacio C. Lacwasan, Jr. and Provincial Administrator Franklin C. Odsey and the Department of Labor and Employment-Cordillera Administrative Region (DOLE-CAR) through Regional Director Nathaniel V. Lacambra with DOLE-MPFO Provincial Director Apollo R. Luspian signed the Deed of Usufruct for the use of a 200 sq. meter lot in the Bilibid Reservation located in Caluttit, Bontoc giving the DOLE-CAR the right to use the property.
In relation to this, Sangguniang Panlalawigan Resolution No. 2022-235 authorized the Provincial Governor to enter into a Deed of Usufruct with DOLE-CAR over the said parcel of land.
The signing of usufruct was witnessed by the Livelihood Development Specialist Consultant Samuel Lasdacan, Labor Employment Officer ll Aries Sauro, Administrative Assistant l Febey Comay-ao, wife of RD Evangeline Lacambra and Executive Assistant George Lumiwes.
