La Trinidad, Benguet – The Philippine Statistics Authority – Provincial Statistical Office of Benguet, in collaboration with and supported by the 13 municipalities and the City of Baguio, successfully conducted the Provincial Civil Registration and Vital Statistics (CRVS) Qualifying Quiz Bee as part of the opening celebration of the 35th Civil Registration Month with the theme: “Building a Resilient, Agile, and Future-Fit Civil Registration and Vital Statistics System” at the Strawberry Valley Hotel and Restaurant, Strawberry Road, Betag, La Trinidad, Benguet on February 4, 2025.
A total of 16 staff members took on the challenge and participated in the quiz. After an impressive display of knowledge and expertise, the top three winners emerged:
- First Place – Miss Jobeth S. Pugong, Registration Officer I of the Municipality of La Trinidad, scoring 18 out of 20 points.
- Second Place – Miss Lea Deborah S. Figueron, Registration Officer II of Baguio City.
- Third Place – Miss Mary Ann Gabino, Assistant Registration Officer of the Municipality of Itogon.
The top two winners will represent the Province of Benguet at the Regional Civil Registration and Vital Statistics Quiz Bee on February 14, 2024, at the Regional Statistical Services Office.
