CABUGAO, Apayao – The No. top most wanted person in the municipality for the third quarter of this year was successfully arrested by combined police operatives at sitio Malabanig, barangay Kabitayan here around 6:20 pm Sunday.
Senior Superintendent Cherry Fajardo, public information officer of the Police Regional Office (PRO) in the Cordillera, identified the arrested wanted individual as Solis Agsayayng Cruz.
The arrested individual has been wanted for the crime of murder and was subsequently listed as the No. 1 top most wanted person in the municipality of Pudtol.
He was arrested by combined elements of the Pudtol and Cabugao municipal police stations and was subsequently brought to the Pudtol police for proper documentation prior to his turnover to the court concerned.
