TADIAN, Mountain Province – A man facing rape charges was arrested by combined police personnel during the service of his warrant at Poblacion here around 11 am Monday.
Superintendent Cherry Fajardo, public information officer of the Police Regional Office (PRO) in the Cordillera, identified the arrested rape suspect as Finrad Dominguez Guilod Jr..
He was arrested by virtue of a warrant issued by Judge Joseph Patnaan of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 35 in Bontoc for the crime of rape with no bail recommended for his temporary liberty.
The suspect was brought to the Tadian Municipal Police Station for proper documentation prior to his turnover to the court that issued his warrant for the proper disposition of the case filed against him.
