BAGUIO CITY – A 38-year old motorcycle rider died after his motorcycle rammed into a parked water delivery truck at Km. 5 Asin Road, here, Sunday dawn.
Police authorities identified the fatality as Dario Sagwit Tiblac, 38, a native of Atok, Benguet and a resident of Km. 5, Asin Rod, Baguio City.
Probers disclosed that the rider was driving his motorcycle from Baguio City and was en route to Kam. 5, Asin road when upon reaching the place of incident accidentally rammed into a parked water delivery truck at the side of the road.
Responding police operatives and emergency responders rushed the victim to the Baguio General Hospital and Medical Center (BGHMC) for medical treatment but he was pronounced dead on arrival by attending physicians due to multiple head and body injuries.
The cause of the alleged self-inflicted accident is still being investigated by personnel of the Baguio City Police Office (BCPO) Station No. 9. By Dexter A. See
