A motorcycle rider was hurt when his motorcycle crashed as he attempted to overtake another vehicle in the right side last October 17, 2018 in Mankayan, Benguet.
The incident happened on October 17, 2018 at about 6:30 PM. The victim is Mr. Jonathan Ambros Galande, 26, single, farmer, resident of Busan, Colalo, Mankayan, Benguet.
Investigation disclosed that the victim was driving his white Rusi motorcycle without plate number and was not wearing a helmet along Colalo, Mankayan, Benguet. At one instance, made an overtake move of the blue tamaraw FX at the right shoulder but instead bumped to the huge stone beside the road which lead him with the motorcycle slumped on a pavement road. The victim sustained head injuries caused him to be unconscious.
The victim was rushed by his companions boarded to the Tamaraw FX at Infirmary Clinic, Poblacion, Mankayan, Benguet. Upon treatment at said Infirmary Clinic he was referred to Lutheran Hospital, Abatan, Buguias, Benguet for further treatment.
