A scrapper was arrested by responding police elements after he allegedly killed a minor by a rock.
Per report of the BCPO, at around 11:15 AM of July 5, 2018, Police Station 5 was informed about a found dead body at Old Library Parking Area, Burnham Legarda Barangay, Baguio City. Responding personnel of Police Station 5 discovered the body of a male boy who was later identified as Roldan Salazar Antipuesto, 8, and a resident at Green valley, Baguio City.
Investigation disclosed that the victim was hit on the head several times with a rock which was recovered at the crime scene beside the body of the victim.
This incident led to the arrest the alleged suspect identified as Randy Mamalagro Doria, male, 26, single, scrapper, with no permanent address, and a native of Magtaking, San Carlos City Pangasinan.
This case was readied for inquest.
