BAGUIO CITY – A 27-year old security guard was arrested by combined police operatives for alleged frustrated homicide along Upper Gen. Luna Road, Salud Mitra barangay here recently.
Senior Superintendent Rolando F. Miranda, officer-in-charge of the Baguio City Police Office (BCPO), identified the arrested individual as Carlo Pulanco, 27, single, Security Guard, without permanent address who was listed as the No. 2 top mst anted person of BCPO Station No. 3.
He was arrested by virtue of a warrant issued by Judge Ceclia Corazon Dulay Archog of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 6 of Baguio City for frustrated murder with a recommended bail of P120,000 for his temporary liberty.
He was brought to the BCPO Station No. 3 for proper documentation prior to his turnover to the issuing court for proper disposition of the cases filed against her.
