BAGUIO CITY– A 20-year old self-employed man was arrested by combined police operatives during the service of his warrant of arrest issued by a local court in his residence at San Luis Extension here around 11:45 am Wednesday.
Senior Superintendent Rolando F. Miranda, officer-in-charge of the Baguio City Police Office (BCPO), identified the arrested wanted individual as Cesar Balintag Malinang, 20, unemployed, single, and a resident of San Luis Ext., Baguio City.
He was arrested by virtue of a warrant issued by Judge Emmanuel C. Rasing of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 3 for a case of frustrated homicide with a recommended bail of P120,000 for his temporary liberty.
He was subsequently detained at the Baguio City Jail awaiting the disposition of the court on the case filed against him.
