BAGUIO CITY – Some 56 senior citizens will be taking over the key offices of the city government and some regional line agencies on Monday, October 5, 2015 as part of the Senior Citizens Officials for a Day (SCOFAD), one of the major activities lined up for the celebration of Elderly Month this October.
Former councillor and veteran mediaman Narciso Padilla will be sitting as City Mayor in lieu of Mayor Mauricio G. Domogan while Jerry R. Mecos will be taking over the position of Vice Mayor Edison R. Bilog.
Those who will be assuming the positions of councillors are Teresita T. Quero vice Councilor Joel Alangsab; Violeta C. Garcia vice Councilor Betty Lourdes F. Tabanda; Estrella B. Tano vice Leandro B.
