BAGUIO CITY July 25 – A 19-year old service crew of a fastfood chain was arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents based on a warrant for alleged child abuse at Slaughterhouse Compound, here, Monday.
Senior Superintendent Ramil L. Saculles, City Director of the Baguio City Police Office, identified the arrested individual as Bernadette Junio Buccat, 19, single, service crew of Jollibee – Harrison, Baguio City, and a resident of Block 9, NHA, Tadiangan, Tuba, Benguet.
She was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Marrietta S. Cualing-Brawner of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 9 in La Trinidad for alleged child abuse with a total recommended bail of P120,000 for her temporary liberty.
The arrested individual was brought to the BCPO headquarters for documentation prior to her turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposal of the case filed against her.
