City officials recently congratulated and commended the Catholic-run Saint Louis University (SLU) School of Nursing, Allied health, and Biological Sciences (SONAHBS) for achieving 100 percent passing rate in the May 2024 Philippine nurse licensure examination held in various testing centers around the country.
In a resolution, the exemplary performance of SLU-SONAHBS in the recently concluded nurse licensure examination brought another milestone, achievement and pride to the Louisan community and the entire city, concretizing its identity as the education center of the north.
Earlier, the Professional Regulation Commission released on May 14, 2024 the results of the Philippine nurses licensure examination where it was done four working days from the last day of the said examination.
Based on the said announcement, some 7,749 out of the 11,116 examinees passed the said examination which was held in various testing centers such as the National Capital Region, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Zamboanga and Puerto Princesa.
SLU-SONAHBS achieved 100 percent passing rate in the said examination where all its examinees were able to pass the same with flying colors.
Copies of the approved resolution will be transmitted to the SLU-SONAHBS for information, guidance, ready reference and further needed action. By Dexter A. See
