BONTOC, Mountain Province – Seventy students beneficiaries of the Municipal Student Financial Assistance Program (MSFAP) of the municipal government received their P5,000.00 financial assistance for the first semester of school year 2022-2023 on May 30, 2023, at the Municipal Capitol Lobby.
