LA TRINIDAD, Benguet—Students from the Cordillera Career Development College (CCDC) were in all ears as the Philippine Statistics Authority Provincial Statistical Office Benguet launched an information, communication, and education campaign to promote the new services of the National ID. This event took place at the CCDC Senior High School Hall on February 11, as part of the 35th Civil Registration Month.
Registration Officer Jude Lo led the discussion, highlighting the improved accessibility of the National ID, which is now available in digital form. Lo introduced the process for generating the Digital National ID for registered users, providing a link to the website where individuals can access and download their National IDs for use whenever needed.
Additionally, the registration officer mentioned that any form of the National ID whether digital, paper, or card can be used as a valid identification when opening a bank account, enrolling in schools, or accessing various social and financial services. By Imelda L. Buyuccan
