“Freely you have received, freely give.”
The following simple secrets of superhealth I learned from the free whole-day seminar with Skip, the naked health detective, will surely increase one’s longevity and quality of life.
Commandment 1: Thou shalt oxygenate with correct exercise! Nothing creates pure, natural, health and wellness in the human body like the proper intake of oxygen. The fact is, 90% of our energy comes from oxygen, 10% from food and water.
Commandment 2: Thou shalt hydrate with clean water! Next to oxygen, water is vital to life. Without it, life on earth would cease to exist. Most doctors recommend at least 2 liters of clean water every day. Our body is about 70% water.
Commandment 3: Thou shalt supplement thy diet with essential vitamins and minerals! In this day and age with the soil being depleted, our vegetables and fruit bearing fewer nutrients and more sugar, the air being polluted, processed food becoming the norm, and less sunlight hitting the earth, we need to absorb more vitamins and minerals than ever before in order to keep our bodies functioning optimally.
Commandment 4: Thou shalt eat correctly! Healthy eating is absolutely not about fad diets, strict nutrition plans, or starving your body of the foods you crave. It is about adopting a lifestyle in which you ensure that you fuel your body with the nutrients it needs to give you loads of stored energy to feel great doing all the things you love. Learn how to make smart decisions about what you eat and how you eat it.
Commandment 5: Thou shalt love and forgive! The key to simultaneously staving off diseases and maintaining happy relationships is simple and absolutely free: love and forgive yourself. Holding on to unforgiveness, guilt, and bitterness is literally inviting disease into one’s body.
Commandment 6: Thou shalt live with passion! To be passionate means to live from your center, your heart and soul. You will live a long, healthy and fruitful life if you only live it with passion.
Commandment 7: Thou shalt enjoy the sun! With the right amount of sun, our bodies can naturally produce as much vitamin D as exists in 200 glasses of milk and help prevent cancer, diabetes, heart disease, osteoporosis and some autoimmune diseases.
Commandment 8: Thou shalt live with purpose! Purpose is the real reason why one exists on this planet. Know this: your life’s purpose will become clear when you understand who you are and what kind of experience you were meant to have on this Earth. Figure out what it is you really want out of life and how to train your mind, body, and spiritual being to work in unison to gravitate towards that purpose.
Commandment 9: Thou shalt educate thyself! True education is not about institutional learning; it is about a love of learning that guides your life and inspires creativity and passion. Education can not be taken away – it becomes a part of you and helps to transform you and move you forward in your journey, bringing self-confidence, creativity, curiosity, responsibility, and a sense of unity amongst the mind, body, and soul.
Commandment 10: Thou shalt rest and recover! Rest and sleep are absolute necessities because we need them to allow our bodies and minds to recover from the exertions of the day. Studies show that sleep deprivation alters metabolism, cardiovascular and immune function resulting in weight gain, hypertension, irritability, inability to concentrate, and other illnesses.
Implement these 10 commandments from Skip and you will be taking back control of your life and giving it that supercharge that most people lack.
Skip Archimedes, the UK miracle man, conducted 2 free whole-day seminars in the Philippines – June 13 and August 5 – sharing how he recovered from a broken back, was told he will never walk again to winning his two British Gymnastics title. He shared lessons from his first mentor, Bruce Lee, who also broke his back and told he would never be a martial artist again but rejected his prognosis, healed himself, and went on to be a legend.
