TABUK CITY, Kalinga – Members of the city government’s Committee on Anti-Red Tape, Technical Working Group and Secretariat met to discuss revisions to the Citizen’s Charter, review of the Clients Satisfaction Survey, and present Guidelines on Complaints Handling and Re-engineering Plan.
It was resolved that all departments would submit their updated Citizen’s Charter by February 15, 2023. Both internal and external services provided by the city government shall be outlined in this charter.
One of the primary agenda items for the meeting is the presentation and discussion of the Clients Satisfaction Survey, which was created from the survey form that the clients completed following their transactions at the city hall. A large number of clients are either very satisfied or satisfied, according to the poll. Even though there weren’t many comments, certain departments still need to address them.
In order to guarantee that complaints are handled effectively and in compliance with the Anti-Red Tape Act’s procedures, the guidelines for handling complaints were also presented to all the members present.
