TABUK CITY, Kalinga – Tabuk City is making strides in preparing students for upcoming assessments, focusing on enhancing their learning experiences to improve academic performance across the board.
The Department of Education (DepEd)-Tabuk, according to Assistant Schools Division Superintendent (ASDS) Jan Nowel Peña, is actively supporting schools with targeted initiatives designed to boost students’ readiness for learning.
A key strategy in this preparation involves the implementation of engaging learning sessions tailored to strengthen students’ academic skills particularly reading, science, and math skills.
By focusing on school readiness, these sessions aim to equip learners with the tools they need to excel in their studies.
The goal is to foster a deeper understanding of key subjects and improve problem-solving and critical thinking skills, creating a solid foundation for future academic success.
The collaboration between DepEd-Tabuk, local schools, and the City Local Government Unit (CLGU) of Tabuk highlights a collective effort to elevate educational standards and create more opportunities for local students.
By focusing on improving school readiness and ensuring that all learners have the tools to succeed, Tabuk City is taking important steps toward fostering academic excellence and long-term success for its students. By Edward Joseph Gacuya
