TABUK CITY, Kalinga October 25 – A 43-year old farmer was arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents based on a warrant for estafa in his residence at Nambaran, here, Wednesday.
Police authorities identified the arrested individual as Jimmy Gayudan Tayab, 43, married, farmer and a resident of Nambaran, Tabuk City, Kalinga.
He was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Neiljoe A. Cortes of the Regional Trial Court 9RTC) Branch 25 in Tabuk City for estafa with a recommended bail of P20,000 for his temporary liberty.
The arrested individual was brought to the Tabuk City Police Office for documentation prior to his turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposal of the case filed against him.
