BAGUIO CITY October 12 – A 44-year old teacher was arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents based on a warrant for estafa along governor Pack road, here, Wednesday morning.
Senior Superintendent Ramil L. Saculles, City Director of the Baguio City Police Office (BCPO), identified the arrested individual was Michael Oliva Ruiz alias Michael Oliva Ruis, 44, Teacher and a resident of Scout Barrio, Baguio City.
He was arrested by virue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Genoveva Coching-Maramba of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 44 in Dagupan City for estafa with a recommended bail of P30,000 for his temporary liberty.
The arrested individual was brought to the BCPO headquarters for documentation prior to his turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposal of the case filed against him.
