BAGUIO CITY – A 19-year old jobless man was arrested by combined police operatives and anti-narcotics agents after found in his possession alleged illegal drugs and assorted drug paraphernalia during a buy bust operation inside a waiting shed near a gasoline station along Upper Session road, recently.
Senior Superintendent George D. Daskeo, City Director of the Baguio Ckity Police Office (BCPO), identified the arrested drug pusher as Marvin Nidoy Dacanay 19, jobless, resident of Bakbakan KM 4 Asin Road, Baguio City.
Confiscated from his possession by the operating troops were one piece Transparent plastic heat sealed sachet containing white crystalline substance suspected shabu, one piece Transparent plastic heat sealed sachet containing white crystalline substance suspected shabu, one piece stainless scissor, one piece black nokia cellphone, one piece twenty peso bill, one piece twenty Peso bill and one piece.
The arrested drug personality and the confiscated pieces of evidence were brought to the BCPO headquarters for documentation prior to the filing of the appropriate charges against him before the city prosecutor’s office.
